LED FastStart Technology Center represents another major commitment to workforce training in Louisiana
LED FastStart has used its current headquarters to become a game changer in workforce training. But the game is constantly changing, and LED FastStart is about to change right along with it.
The LED FastStart Technology Center (FSTC) will be the centerpiece of Louisiana Economic Development’s commitment to being the best workforce training and development program in the country. It will be the first facility nationwide specifically designed to align clients with workforce training development and production capacity.
Offering fully developed augmented reality and virtual reality stations, production suites, and everything needed to produce customized training assets, the FSTC will be located in downtown Baton Rouge on the campus of the Louisiana Capitol, symbolizing its importance to the state. It represents a $5 million investment to equip an existing 12,000 square foot facility with the cutting-edge technology required to keep Louisiana’s workforce development and talent attraction methodology ahead of the curve.
