No state workforce program works as closely with state educators as LED FastStart, which drives results across all levels of Louisiana’s education system.

Legislative support for talent development programs ensures a skilled workforce pipeline.

Directly supporting companies with investments in industry-specific higher-ed training, such as the HAAS 5-Axis machines installed at ALL Louisiana community and technical colleges.

Leaning into cultural and economic shifts by creating programs that increase the number of students in computer science, software engineering, cyber engineering, and STEM-related advanced manufacturing.

LED FastStart is submitting a nomination for the EDA’s Good Jobs Challenge award, a federal competitive $500 million grant program.

Designed to strengthen regional workforce training systems to train workers with in-demand skills that directly result in job placements through partnerships and stakeholder commitments.
